Orders & Installation
Many items include professional installation at our Van Nuys, CA facility. Installation appointments are scheduled after purchase. Fitment depends on your specific Sprinter model and year; we will confirm compatibility before work begins.
Shipping
Free shipping is offered on eligible items within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on availability and carrier.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are accepted on unused, uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery. Installed parts and custom paint work are non-returnable. Manufacturer warranties apply where offered.
Limitation of Liability
Sprinter Addons is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products beyond the amount paid for the item or service.
